Gator Head hails from Hampton, Virginia and plays old-school southern rock from the heart. Formed by Ken Graig in 2004, they quickly moved from performing cover songs to writing their own material and have since released self-titled debut album in 2008.

After paying their dues on club circuit around Hampton Roads area as well as various areas east of the Mississippi River, Gator Head released their first self-titled CD “Gator Head” in 2008. The album creates a unique blend of Southern rock, classic rock and outlaw country. With original songs about the average working man, like “Riding the Rail” and “Southern Style”, Gator Head is guaranteed to get your feet stomping.

In addition to numerous club performances, Gator Head has shared the stage at large festivals including the American Music Festival in Virginia Beach and East Coast Sturgis in Little Orleans with such southern rock legends as Molly Hatchet, Blackfoot and the Marshall Tucker Band.

Gator Head band members currently include Ken Craig (drums), singer/song-writer Brian Hunt (guitar), and Ron Reagan (bass). With latest additions of Scott Mishoe on lead guitar and Jack Robinson on vocals, they are ready to start working on long awaited follow-up for their debut album.

Gator Head truly plays music from the heart and playing good ole’ southern rock, so go see these boys rockin´ live and you´ll learn that there’s no party like a Gator Head party!
